We are the nurses of SEIRMC. We care for this community every day—with skill, compassion, and dedication. In the most difficult moments of our patients’ lives, we are there. And now we must stand together to protect not only our future—but theirs.

Our CWA union has given us a powerful voice:

  • A voice for safe staffing.
  • A voice for fair wages and working conditions.
  • A voice that speaks up when management won’t listen.

 Now that voice is under attack.
